If the report did not work
If the scan produced no score, if the email never arrived, or if the link does not open the report you paid for, that is our error and the payment comes back in full. Nothing is kept. You do not have to argue the point.
If you think a specific finding is wrong about your site, send it to us. Every check reports the number behind it, so a wrong one can be shown to be wrong, and if it is, the same rule applies.
If you ask for another reason
We will look at it, and usually say yes. A small amount stays behind: $0.50 on an SEO report, $0.75 on a GEO report and $3 on a Complete report.
The $0.50 and $0.75 are what the card network charged to take the payment. It is not returned to us when a payment is refunded, so a full refund would cost us that much to give you your money back.
The $3 is different and it is worth saying plainly rather than calling it a fee. A Complete report asks your buying questions up to 9 times each across 3 AI search engines. That is real money spent with those companies the moment the report is produced, and it is more than $3. We are asking for part of it back, not all of it.
This is a judgment call rather than a right, which is the honest way to describe it. The case above, where the report did not work, is the one that is unconditional.
What the report does, and what it cannot do
This is the part worth reading before you buy, because it is where expectations go wrong.
A report tells you what to change on your site so that AI search can reach it, read it, and find something in it worth quoting. That is the whole of what we sell, and it is a list of changes, not a result.
Three things sit between that list and your business being named in an answer, and we control none of them. The first is whether the changes are made at all. The second is how they are made: the same instruction carried out two ways produces two different pages, and we never see the version you shipped. The third is everything on the other side, which is the AI companies deciding what their systems recommend, changing that without notice, and weighing you against competitors who are also working on it.
None of that is measurable from outside. There is no number anyone can show you, ourselves included, that says a given change will produce a given mention by a given date.
So a report is worth buying if you want to know what is wrong and what to change. It is not a purchase of a place in an answer, and nothing on this site should be read as selling one.
What is not a refund reason
Not being named in AI search. That is the outcome the work is aimed at, not the thing you bought, and it depends on the three factors above.
A low score. The report is bought to find work, and a site that scores badly is the report doing its job.
A Complete report run that finds you are never named. That is the measurement, and it is the answer you paid to have.
How to ask, and how long it takes
Write to hello@keigeo.com from the address on the receipt, or with the report link, so we can find the payment.
Remember that the charge on your statement reads Glenmore Studio, not Keigeo. That is the same business, and it is worth checking before you decide the charge is not yours.
The refund is issued through Stripe to the card that paid, which is the only way it can go back. Stripe usually returns it within five to ten business days, and that part is not up to us.
